Financial Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks, etc.)Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMaintain proper documentation of all financial records2. Real Estate Project AccountingTrack project-wise expenses and revenueMaintain cost sheets for each property/projectMonitor construction costs and contractor paymentsHandle revenue recognition as per applicable accounting standards3. Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and contractor paymentsMonitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding paymentsReconcile customer accounts and vendor ledgers4. Taxation & CompliancePrepare and file GST / VAT / Service Tax returns (as applicable)Handle TDS deductions and statutory paymentsEnsure compliance with local real estate and financial regulationsAssist in audits (internal and external)5. Banking & Cash Flow ManagementPerform bank reconciliationsManage cash flow and prepare cash flow statementsCoordinate with banks for loan disbursements and EMI schedules6. MIS & ReportingPrepare financial MIS reports for managementProvide cost analysis and profitability reportsSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)3–5 years of accounting experience (Real Estate industry preferred)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxationProficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems)Advanced knowledge of MS ExcelStrong analytical and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in project accounting and construction cost trackingKnowledge of real estate regulatory compliance (e.g., RERA if applicable)Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyGood communication and coordination skiLLS.Co ordination with CA
