Accountant

We are looking for a smart, sincere & experienced Accountant (minimum 5 years experience) who can independently manage day-to-day accounting work for a growing FMCG / Food / Consumer Goods brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full books of accounts – purchases, sales, expenses, inventory entries, journal entries
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements
• GST entries, GST returns preparation support, TDS, invoicing & reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation (daily / weekly)
• Vendor payment follow-up & customer payment follow-up
• Maintain proper documentation for accounts
• Coordination with CA for final accounts & compliance
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Tally / Zoho / Busy or similar ERP/accounting software
• Tracking receivables & payables / ageing analysis
• Petty cash management & monthly MIS

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in accounting
• Strong grip on basic accounting principles & financial statements
• Should be able to work independently with responsibility & ownership
• Good communication & follow-up skills for payment coordination
• Preferably candidates who have worked in SME / manufacturing / trading environment
• Based in Lucknow (local candidates preferred)
