Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses for environmental projects
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, and statutory requirements
• Assist in financial audits and prepare audit documentation
• Generate financial reports for management decision-making
• Coordinate with project managers to align financial planning with project goals
• Maintain proper documentation for environmental grants and funding
