Accountant Cum Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing Management:

1. Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies for Tile & Bathroom Fitting Store.
2. Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely and correct billing for all transactions.
3. Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly.

• Financial Oversight:

1. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
2. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.

• Software Proficiency:

1. Utilize Busy software for all billing operations.
2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Busy system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a billing or financial role, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Billing on Busy software.
• Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
