Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Accountant-cum-Receptionist to manage basic accounts and front-desk activities at our office. The ideal candidate should be good with numbers, polite with customers, and comfortable working on computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, entries, invoices, and records
- Handle cash / bank transactions and basic bookkeeping
- Manage calls, visitors, and front-desk inquiries
- Maintain files, bills, and office documents
- Support office coordination and basic admin work
- Prepare simple reports as required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / GST (added advantage)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in accounting or reception is a plus
Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Timing: 10:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Salary: 8k + 2k
