Accounts and Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on time.
• Accounting Functions: Handle day-to-day accounting, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage PF, Professional Tax, and other local statutory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Audit & Assessments: Coordinate with internal/external auditors and handle tax audits or assessments.
• Vendor/Employee Payments: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursements.
• Reconciliation: Perform TDS reconciliations with 26AS. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, BBA).
• Certification: CA (Inter) or equivalent preferred, or strong expertise in taxation laws.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting or corporate finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, and accounting standards.
