Accounts Executive

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST compliance, TDS working, and end-to-end accounting. The candidate should be capable of independently handling books of accounts and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete bookkeeping and accounting in Tally Prime
• Preparation and filing support for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
• GST reconciliation and compliance working
• TDS calculation, deduction, return filing support & reconciliation
• Handling purchase, sales, bank & ledger reconciliations
• Finalization support of accounts & financial statements
• Maintaining compliance calendars and due date tracking
• Coordination with clients for data and documents
• Handling notices & basic departmental queries (preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Practical working knowledge of GST & TDS
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Experience in return working & reconciliations
• MS Excel working knowledge (must)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
