Job Description

  • answering incoming calls to the company and forwarding them to the relevant members of the sales team

  • advising customers of the product options/solutions available by phone or email

  • receiving customer orders by phone or email and inputting them accurately into the company system

  • processing incoming orders

  • troubleshooting order issues in a responsive manner

  • supporting the sales and production teams with managing order-related enquiries

  • basic office administration, including procurement of office stationery, tea, coffee and refreshments

We provide on-the-job training that covers our company's product inventory, customer relationship management and sales software so that the administrator can handle enquires competently.

Skills and qualifications:

  • previous experience in an administration role
