Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:-

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and industry scope.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Explain course curriculum, fee structures, batch schedules, and placement support.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Meet and exceed admission targets.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure a positive admission experience.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales (animation/media education experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of animation and digital media courses is preferred.
