Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Admission Counselor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students about our courses, handling admission inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to counsel students regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and related creative fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads for admissions.
• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and career prospects to prospective students.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the database.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns, events, and seminars.
• Assist in organizing career counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
