Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career opportunities. The role involves counseling, lead conversion, and providing end-to-end admission support.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career paths
• Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation
• Provide guidance on application processes and fee structure
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and counsel students effectively
• Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and online tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in education counseling or admissions

• Knowledge of higher education courses and entrance exams
• Sales or tele-counseling background
• Problem-solving and time management skills
