Admission Counsellor Cum Front Office Cordinator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admission Counsellor who preferably has earlier prepared for UPSC. This role requires managing front desk operations, handling student queries, counselling aspirants about courses, and ensuring smooth admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front office and greet students/visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to courses and admissions.

Guide and counsel aspirants regarding UPSC exam strategy, syllabus, and Bhoomi IAS programs.

Explain course structures, fee details, and batch timings to students and parents.

Maintain student records 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp,excel)
