We’re hiring a result-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale CPA, CPL & CPS campaigns. The role involves recruiting affiliates, optimizing performance, monitoring ROI, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit & manage affiliate partners
• Handle CPA/CPL/CPS campaigns
• Monitor conversions, ROI & fraud
• Optimize payouts & traffic sources
• Coordinate with advertisers
• Generate performance reports
Required Skills:
• 1–4 years in affiliate marketing
• Strong knowledge of CPA/CPL/CPS models
• Experience with affiliate networks & tracking tools
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
