Job Description

Responsibilities –

  1. Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents.
  2. Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded.
  3. Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines.
  4. Enhance agent and financial executive capabilities and performance.
  5. Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduation required; MBA is preferred.

  • 2+ Years in agency channel sales (Insurance domain preferred)
  • Team handling experience (Managing Agents or Agency Leaders)
  • Strong selling skills and relationship building ability
  • Capability to coach, mentor and drive team performance.
  • Resilience, Discipline and result Oriented Mindset
