Job Description

- Good communication skill.

- Minimum 10 days touring out of station in a month.

-MINIMUM 15 DAYS Outstation Touring.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  4. Manage the sales team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotional campaigns.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform business.
