Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple My Froyoland outlets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, managing staff, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across all locations.

Key Responsibilities




๐Ÿช Operations Management



  • Oversee daily operations of all assigned outlets
  • Ensure SOPs are followed strictly at every location
  • Maintain hygiene, quality, and brand standards




๐Ÿ“ˆ Sales & Revenue Growth



  • Monitor daily sales and push store teams to achieve targets
  • Plan and execute local promotions and offers
  • Identify opportunities to increase footfall and revenue




๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Management



  • Hire, train, and supervise store staff (cashiers, supervisors, etc.)
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance
  • Motivate team to achieve performance targets




๐Ÿ“ฆ Inventory & Cost Control



  • Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
  • Conduct regular inventory audits
  • Control pilferage and ensure proper billing practices




๐Ÿ’ฐ Financial Reporting



  • Track daily sales, expenses, and petty cash
  • Submit end-of-day / weekly reports
  • Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation

  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Ensure excellent service and repeat customers
  • Maintain store ambience and presentation

Requirements



  • Experience: 3โ€“6 years in F&B / Retail / QSR (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Comfortable with Excel / reporting / POS systems
  • Willing to travel within city
