Job Profile: - Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market share of two-wheeler parts within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in two-wheeler parts, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and approach potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and service centres.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.
  • Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and provide after-sales support.

3. Market Intelligence:

  • Gather and analyze competitor information and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to management for product improvements and new product launches.
  • Working Conditions:Field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned area (outstation also).
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet customer needs.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or two-wheeler parts sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of two-wheeler parts and the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
