Job Title : Area Sales Manager – Solar 

Experience Required : 2-5 years in sales in Solar ndustry

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

* Drive sales of industrial solar projects, leveraging executed projects as references.

* Conduct client meetings and site visits to identify, engage, and close deals with industrial clients.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and use them as a source for referrals.

* Build a sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and follow-ups.

Lead Generation & Conversions:

* Follow up on inbound leads and referrals from past projects.

* Present standard solar solutions and pricing models to potential clients.

* Close sales deals with minimal technical interventions.

Market Insights & Reporting:

* Monitor client feedback and competitor activities in the region.

* Provide sales reports and work towards achieving monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Must have prior experience in sales.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to use past projects as a sales tool for conversions.

* Self-motivated and result-driven, capable of handling end-to-end sales.
