Job Description
Generate Revenue : Min. New Order = two dealer / month or 20 nos Billing
Repeat Order = 10 -20 nos from 2nd month onwards
If No order - 50% salary for 1st 2 month
90 Lakh business in 3 month
500 Lakh business in 12 month ( New & repeat )
Average sales size - 10 Lakhs within 12 month
Customer Volumeclose : new sales atleast 3 dealer / 24 veh. per month within 3 monthclose new sales atleast 33 dealers / 264 Veh within 12 month
Documentation : complete all necessary documents on timePerformance
Review: per personFailure to achieve a minimum of 20 units/month for 2 consecutive months may result in review and possible reassignment or termination.
