Area Sales Manager (B2C)

Key Responsibilities

 Territory Management: Lead B2C sales operations across an extensive territory of 3 to 5 districts and achieve revenue targets.

 Team Leadership: Guide and manage a team comprising 2 Sales Executives and 1 District Coordinator in each district (total team size of 9 to 15 members).

 Business Development: Identify new customers for residential projects under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, as well as commercial projects (schools, colleges, hotels).

 Product Sales: Ensure the sale of on-grid setups, off-grid/upgraded systems, and all types of solar equipment while providing necessary technical guidance to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

 Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the solar industry, particularly in B2C or direct sales.

 Leadership Ability: Proven track record of successfully handling and motivating a distributed team across multiple districts.

 Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, on-grid/off-grid systems, and government schemes like PM Surya Ghar.

 Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and upper management.
