We have Required Experienced Army Retired Supervisor- 2 nos.

• Team Leadership & Discipline: Supervise security/operations staff, maintain high standards of discipline, turnout, and performance, just as in the Army.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to post orders/company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Training & Development: Train and guide staff on protocols, safety, and legal compliance, building on military training skills.
• Security & Risk Management: Implement security plans, manage access control.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, attendance, incident reports, and client feedback.
• Asset Protection: Ensure loss prevention and integrity of the environment, leveraging inherent military trustworthiness.
