ARO (ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER)

We are looking for smart, confident, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives (AROs) who can handle loan enquiries, understand customer profiles, and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in banking, NBFC, and financial sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with customers for Personal Loans & Overdraft Facilities
• Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility
• Explain loan products in a clear and convincing manner
• Handle objections and build trust with customers
• Coordinate with internal team & bank executives for processing
• Maintain proper follow-up and ensure file closure
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic understanding of sales (training will be provided)
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
• Freshers with strong learning attitude are welcome
• Experience in telecalling / loan sales is a plus
