Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, passionate manager who would like to be a part of the Community Development team acquiring and managing community leaders in an upcoming social commerce vertical of one of the biggest beauty e-commerce companies. • Lead a beauty social commerce business in their region • Responsible for acquiring and managing women Community Leaders (Resellers) in Tier 2+ towns of your region • Drive business growth and build a sustainable beauty business in your region with the help of Community Leaders • Engage and motivate Community Leaders to grow their customers and business • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets on Community Leaders, customers, and revenue • Responsible for beauty, business, and product training of Community Leaders • Create UGC (User-generated content) with the help of customers and CLs to promote product sales • Plan and execute offline BTL activities with CLs to grow their customer base • Conduct offline meetings and events to recognize CLs Key Requirements: • Must be a female • Proven track record in working with micro-entrepreneurs Or in B2C sales • Open to travel • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Analytical and logical • Leadership skills • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial bent of mind
