Job Description

Pestilent Pest Control is looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA fresher or experienced to join our Sales team.

The candidate will handle both residential and commercial sales of pest control services.

This is a great opportunity to enter the growing field of facility & pest management services with structured learning and real-time field experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms
  • Understand client pest control needs (residential or commercial) and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Conduct site inspections and provide quotations based on assessment
  • Explain service benefits, processes, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth execution
  • Maintain daily reports, follow-ups, and customer databases
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance


Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Any Post-Graduate
  • MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication & convincing skills
  • Good presentation and client-handling abilities
  • Basic understanding of service sales
  • Must be proactive, field-ready, and target-driven
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM will be an advantage
  • Two-wheeler preferred (for client meetings/site visits)
