Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate  

Location: Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow  

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month  

Experience: 1-5 years  

Job Summary: 

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive real estate sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to close deals.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.  

- Develop and maintain client relationships.  

- Assist in negotiations and deal closures.  

- Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.  

- Maintain records and prepare sales reports.  

Requirements: 

- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales.  

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  

- Knowledge of real estate trends and legal requirements.  

- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.  

 Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing.  

- Experience in luxury or commercial real estate.  

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
