The Role

We are looking for a Data Solutions Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and client collaboration. With 2–3 years of experience, you’ve mastered the art of organizing data; now, you’re ready to help our clients do the same.

You won’t be working in a silo. You will be a key collaborator, sitting between our engineering team and our clients to turn "messy spreadsheets" into high-performance MySQL and SQLite systems.

What You’ll Do

 Collaborative Design: Work side-by-side with clients to map out their data requirements. You’ll be the person saying, "I see how you're doing this in Excel; let's show you how we can automate that in MySQL."

 The Data Transition: Own the ETL process. You’ll take complex Advanced Excel models and migrate them into SQLite for rapid prototyping or MySQL for enterprisescale production.

 Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with our internal developers to ensure clientfacing databases are optimized, secure, and scalable.

 Client Enablement: Create "User-Friendly" documentation and conduct training sessions to help clients feel confident navigating their new data environments. Technical Profile

 2–3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in a data-centric role (Data Analyst, Junior DBA, or Technical Consultant).

 Database Fluency: Solid grip on SQL. You should know when to use MySQL for a persistent server and when SQLite is the smarter, file-based choice for a specific project.

 Advanced Excel Mastery: Beyond basic formulas. We’re looking for Power Query (M), Pivot Power Pivot (DAX), and the ability to build automated templates that nontechnical users can actually use.

 The "Consultant" Mindset: Ability to visualize data relationships and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
