Associate Manager - Regional Head - North 2 - EV
Site Acquisition:
Ensure team acquire best possible site, does site approval based on defined business SOPs.
Ensure good utilization of sites
Takes responsibility of regional business KPI's
Utilization:
Drive utilization as a KPI and ensure increase in utilization of sites on regular basis
Motivate team to get sites visited and address issues that leads to less utilization
A. Sales & BD Execution
a) Identify, pitch, and close deals with RWAs, apartment societies, commercial parking operators, malls, and private landowners for EV charger deployment.
b) Drive partnerships with residential and commercial real estate developers to integrate EV charging infrastructure.
c) Track and deliver on monthly and quarterly charger installation and usage targets.
B. Customer Acquisition & Experience
a) Educate end users on ATEL’s value proposition, app usage, pricing, and support.
b) Enable smooth onboarding of users and address their queries with quick resolution.
c) Drive consumer awareness initiatives like demo drives, society activation campaigns, and local engagement events.
C. Stakeholder Management
a) Build long-term relationships with society committees, facility managers, local influencers, and partners.
b) Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing-DMAs) to ensure successful charger installations and go-live.
D. Team Leadership
a) Hire, train, and manage DMAs (Direct Marketing Agents) (as required as per company policy).
b) Monitor KPIs, lead performance reviews, and maintain high team productivity.
E. Market Intelligence & Strategy
a) Gather on-ground feedback about consumer behavior, site performance, and competitors.
b) Provide inputs to central teams on pricing, product positioning, and new feature needs.
Regional Head is a key position to ensure acquisition and drive business at region. N2 is a very critical region having key accounts like UPEIDA, NeuGO Buses and covering UP, WB, MP etc. This position also ensures good utilization at all locations being installed at region.
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any field (BE, MBA), Engineering Degree preferred.
Hands on knowledge of MS Office, SAP. Able to manage team and also self-motivated to deliver results in line with company requirements.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure compliance with company policies.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development.
