Job Description
- Visit villages to generate genuine enquiries
- Explain machine performance, settings & output quality to farmers
- Handle customer objections (price, cleaning issue, comparison)
- Convert leads into booking & billing
- Coordinate with finance companies (NBFC / Banks) to get cases approved
- Push pending cases for fast disbursement
- Organize customer meets & referral activities
- Work closely with dealers for stock movement & delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction after demo & delivery
- Solve field issues.
- Achieve monthly & seasonal targeT.
