Job Description –Back office executive
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate potential leads through various social media platforms .
Engage with prospects and initiate conversations to understand their investment interest
Share information about products & services (Demat account, Trading, Mutual Funds, F&O, etc.)
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
