Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Female I.T. Support Executive to provide technical assistance and client support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the technical team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, or ticketing systems
• Assist clients with software, website, application, or system-related issues
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal technical team
• Maintain proper records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Guide clients on product usage, features, and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client concerns
• Handle onboarding support for new clients
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher support levels when required
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly approach at all times
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, software, internet, and operating systems
• Good understanding of websites, applications, or software products
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to handle clients calmly and professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Preferred Candidate ProfileFemale candidate (as per company requirement)
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experience in client support, customer service, or technical support is an advantage
