Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Stockart, Hazratganj, Lucknow.

Salary Bracket: 12,000 to 20,000 per month

Job Description:

Stockart is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all back-office operations. Your primary goal will be to support the administrative tasks necessary for the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

2. Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.

4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
