Job Description
Handle all day-to-day work on Government e-Marketplace( GeM) portal: product listing, catalog updates, documentation upload.
Search and monitor relevant bids/tenders on GeM , prepare documents and assist in bid submission.
Manage orders received through GeM
Maintain records of quotation, bids, orders and payments in Excel/Tally or company system.
Coordinate with sales and accounts team for rates, stock and documents: followup with buyers on portal messages if required.
Do general back-office tasks.
Can coordinate with customers/client directly.
