RailTech is an established infrastructure company operating in the Railway Construction industry. As part of our long-term digital transformation strategy, we are building ERP 2.0 — a next-generation custom ERP platform focused on clean processes, scalability, secure architecture, and structured cross-department integration.

The platform is a web-based application designed to be fully responsive across desktops, tablets, and mobile screens while maintaining a consistent enterprise experience. It is not a standalone mobile application.

We are looking for a Backend Engineer who enjoys building clean, scalable, logic-heavy systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Design robust relational database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Build workflow-driven backend systems (approvals, role-based flows)

• Implement secure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

• Ensure transactional integrity and data consistency

• Design clean, scalable REST APIs

• Structure audit logs and backend validations

• Collaborate closely with Product & Frontend to translate SOP-driven workflows into reliable system architecture

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in one backend stack: Node.js + TypeScript (preferred), Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET Core

• Strong relational database design experience (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Deep understanding of data modeling, indexing, and transactions

• Experience with authentication (JWT/OAuth)

• API design and backend validation discipline

• Git-based development workflow
