Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Trainer who can teach the following tools and skills:

Tally Prime, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, GST, ITR Filing, Other accounting & office management tools

The candidate must possess good communication skills, subject knowledge, and the ability to deliver effective training to students.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Conduct training sessions on Tally Prime, MS Office, Power BI, Advanced Excel, GST, ITR Filing, and related tools.

🎯 Prepare training materials, lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.

🎯 Deliver clear, engaging, and practical-oriented training to students.

🎯 Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support.

🎯 Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

🎯 Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and new tools.

🎯 Ensure a professional learning environment and address student queries effectively.

🎯 Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth training operations.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.

·        Certification or practical training in Tally Prime, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Power BI, GST, and ITR filing (preferred).

·        Strong understanding of accounting concepts and office-management tools.

·        Prior experience in training or teaching is an advantage (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

·        Good communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.

·        Ability to create structured training content and deliver practical, hands-on sessions.

·        Ability to handle student queries and provide clear guidance.
