Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista to join our café at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should be specialized in preparing high-quality beverages such as cappuccinos, lattes, mocktails, and cold coffee. The role also involves customer handling, billing, and managing daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cappuccinos, lattes, mocktails, and cold coffee
• Maintain quality and consistency of beverages
• Handle billing using Pet Pooja software
• Manage cash counter and daily sales records
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstation
• Assist in managing daily café operations and stock

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mocktail preparation
• Experience in billing and using Pet Pooja software is mandatory
• Strong customer handling skills
• Ability to manage café operations independently

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month
