Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Head Barista with advanced culinary skills to lead our beverage operations and contribute to our high-end food offerings. You will manage inventory, innovate our menu, and train staff to maintain excellence even in your absence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu & Product Innovation:
• Develop and update a diverse beverage menu (specialty coffees, milkshakes, mocktails and teas) that appeals to all ages.
• Collaborate on advanced food preparation, including gourmet sandwiches, starters, and café fare.
• Operational & Inventory Management:
• Oversee daily beverage and culinary preparation, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory, equipment ordering, and maintenance.
• Team Training & Leadership:
• Train and supervise baristas and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations in your absence.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a barista with proven supervisory skills.
• Strong expertise in specialty coffee and advanced beverage techniques.
• Advanced culinary skills with experience in gourmet food preparation.
• Proficiency in menu development, inventory management, and team training.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and creating an engaging café environment.
