Billing Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables
• Review and verify all billing documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with clients
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for billing purposes
• Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in billing and invoicing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other billing software
• Knowledge of construction industry billing practices and regulations
