BPO Telecaller

We are looking for an International Telecalling Executive to connect with global clients, introduce company services, and generate business opportunities. The role involves making outbound calls to ship owners, managers, charterers, or B2B clients (as per company profile), explaining service offerings, handling client queries, and supporting lead generation and follow-ups. The candidate should have good English communication skills, confidence in speaking with international customers, basic knowledge of email and CRM tools, and the ability to work in different time zones. Prior experience in B2B, marine, logistics, or service industry telecalling will be an advantage.
