Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager – Real Estate to lead, manage, and scale branch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep real estate market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete branch operations, including sales, business development, and customer relationships
• Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent growth of the branch
• Build, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Develop local market strategies to increase brand presence and market share
• Handle key client relationships and close high-value property deals
• Monitor daily performance, sales funnels, and conversion ratios
• Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and RERA guidelines
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, site visits, and promotional activities
• Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
• In-depth understanding of real estate sales, channel partners, and site operations
• Target-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
• Strong local market knowledge
