Job Title: Branch General Manager (BGM)

Location: Lucknow

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, disciplined, and service-oriented Branch General Manager to lead our cardroom operations. As the BGM, you will be the ultimate custodian of the branch, ensuring seamless operations across all shifts. You will bridge the gap between local execution and central strategy, managing everything from high-level financial performance to the fine details of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the entire cardroom ecosystem, ensuring all shifts run efficiently and maintain the highest standards of integrity and service.
• Strategic Liaison: Work closely with Central Management to implement business strategies, provide data-driven reports, and align branch goals with company objectives.
• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the branch budget. Monitor P&L, manage operational costs, and drive financial performance.
• Departmental Supervision: Provide direct leadership to department heads across Hospitality, Game Floor, Security, and Maintenance, ensuring a cohesive and disciplined work culture.
• Guest Relations & Escalations: Act as the final point of contact for customer complaints. Resolve high-pressure situations with diplomacy to ensure long-term member loyalty.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the facility operates within all legal and internal regulatory frameworks, prioritizing the safety of both assets and patrons.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the Hospitality, Club, or Luxury Service industry.
• Industry Background: While prior cardroom experience is not required, a strong background in premium hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, or High-end F&B) is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and supervise multiple department heads simultaneously.
• Availability: Must be flexible to oversee operations across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the nature of the business requires.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal reporting and high-stakes customer interaction.
