Job Profile: - Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market share of two-wheeler parts within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in two-wheeler parts, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and service centres.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and provide after-sales support.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze competitor information and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions to management for product improvements and new product launches.
- Working Conditions:Field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned area (outstation also).
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet customer needs.
- Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or two-wheeler parts sector.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler parts and the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
