Job Title: Branch Operations Manager – Two-Wheeler Spare Parts

Location: Transport Nagar Lucknow

Department: Operations / Spare Parts Management

Reports To: Head – Operations



Job Summary:

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch-level operations related to two-wheeler spare parts, including inventory control, stock forecasting, procurement coordination, warehouse management, and customer order fulfillment. The role ensures optimal stock levels, smooth supply chain processes, and efficient branch operations to meet sales and service targets.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Branch Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory, logistics, sales support, and customer service.
  • Supervise staff across stores, warehouse, and delivery functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and operational standards.
  • Monitor KPIs such as order turnaround time, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency.

2. Spare Parts Inventory & Stock Forecasting

  • Analyze sales trends, service consumption data, and seasonality to forecast spare parts demand accurately.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Use data analytics tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) for demand planning and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the central warehouse and suppliers for timely restocking.

3. Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers and OEMs for procurement of spare parts and accessories.
  • Track shipments and manage inbound/outbound logistics efficiently.
  • Reduce procurement lead time and ensure cost-effective sourcing.

4. Sales & Customer Support

  • Support sales teams with product availability, price updates, and technical knowledge of parts.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues related to parts supply and ensure quick resolution.
  • Work closely with service departments to align parts availability with workshop requirements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, consumption patterns, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits, stock reconciliation, and vendor compliance.
  • Present performance reviews and improvement plans to senior management.

  • Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, brands, and market trends.
  • Expertise in inventory management, stock forecasting, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools.
