Job Title: Branch Operational Manager (SPARE PARTS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Operational Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on inventory management and advanced Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth branch functioning, efficient inventory control, and data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

• Manage daily branch activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and stock movement within the branch.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee all aspects of inventory control including stock receiving, storage, dispatch, and reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock audits, variance analysis, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and reduce wastage/loss.

Excel & Data Reporting:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, ).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards for operational insights.
• Forecast demand and prepare inventory and operational plans accordingly.

Team Management:

• Supervise, motivate, and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure accountability.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer & Vendor Relations:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
