Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Growth & Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving overall brand visibility, revenue growth, and market expansion across both online and offline channels. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution.



  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Brand Visibility & Marketing Develop and execute brand visibility strategies across digital platforms
  • Oversee social media direction, content planning, and campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid advertising (Meta, Google, marketplace ads)
  • Sales Growth (Online & Offline)Drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms
  • Expand offline distribution through retail stores and local networks
  • Build and manage direct-to-customer channels (WhatsApp, website)
  • Business Development & Partnerships Establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and platform managers
  • Lead onboarding on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage vendor relationships
  • Product & Market Strategy Develop pricing strategies, combo offers, and promotional campaigns
  • Identify high-demand products and optimise product mix
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Operations & Performance Track sales performance, ROI, and growth metrics
  • Ensure inventory planning and supply chain coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution
