Job Title: Field Admission & Outreach Executive

Location: Lucknow

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Admission & Outreach Executive who will be responsible for generating student admissions, promoting institute courses, and building strong local networks through field activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and local areas to promote courses
• Generate leads and convert them into admissions
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, fees, and career opportunities
• Conduct field marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution and awareness campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners for referrals
• Collect and maintain student data and follow-up regularly
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

• Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Ability to work in field and achieve targets
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹12000 – ₹15000 per month
