Job Title:Business Development Associate (Inside Sales & Field Sales)

Job Summary: We are hiring motivated Business Development Associates for Inside Sales and Field Sales roles. The position involves handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, product pitching, online demos, follow-ups and deal closures, along with field-level client visits for assigned roles.

Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales (4 Positions – Male/Female): Office sitting job.

• Handle incoming leads provided by the company
• No lead generation and no cold calling.
• Contact clients to understand their business requirements.
• Prepare and share customized pitch plans via email.
• Conduct online product demonstrations (Zoom / Google Meet, Any Desk, Webinar etc.).
• Regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Update CRM and maintain client records.
• Laptop in Mandatory.

Field Sales (2 Positions – Male):

• Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and demos
• Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Coordinate with inside sales team
• Submit daily visit and sales reports
• Bike and Laptop is mandatory before job.

Eligibility Criteria: Male / Female candidates (as per role)

Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Good communication & presentation skills

Comfortable with online meeting tools and email communication.

Skills Required: Client handling & requirement analysis

Email communication & proposal drafting

Online demo presentation skills

Follow-up & closing skills
