### Job Summary 

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective lead conversion. 


### Key Responsibilities 

- Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels. 

- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients. 

- Build strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. 

- Promote company services such as company registration, trademark, ISO, and Startup India certification. 

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. 

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and conversions. 


### Required Skills & Competencies 

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management. 

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth. 

- Basic knowledge of startup registration and compliance processes is a plus. 

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 


### Qualification 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are welcome.
