Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Lucknow/Remote
Shift Timing (Night Shift): 7 PM to 4 AM

We are expanding our calling team and looking for energetic individuals who can drive conversations, build trust, and generate business opportunities.
Role OverviewWe are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for our calling team who will be responsible for initiating outbound communication with potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting revenue growth through consistent engagement.
This is a voice-driven business development role, not customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound CallingMake daily outbound calls to prospective clients/leads
- Initiate conversations and introduce Kepler22 services
- Qualify leads based on interest and requirement
Lead Generation:
- Understand business needs
- Generate and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Relationship Building
- Build rapport with prospects
- Maintain follow-up schedules
- Nurture warm leads
CRM & Reporting
· Update call status and notes in CRM
- Track lead progress
- Maintain daily activity reports
- Business Growth Support
- Contribute to pipeline development
- Assist in appointment setting / meeting scheduling
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Confident phone presence
- Persuasion & listening ability
- Basic understanding of sales process
- English proficiency (mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in:
- Calling / Tele-sales
- Lead generation
- Recruitment calling / B2B calling
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Exposure to US / International market (Plus)
Eligibility
· Freshers with strong communication can apply

- 6 months – 3 years of calling / sales experience
