Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for our Lead Generation / Lead Solutions services. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching our lead solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term business relationships

Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities

Pitch lead generation and marketing solutions to clients

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

Handle end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to closure)

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with operations for smooth campaign execution

Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Maintain sales reports and CRM updates

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong understanding of B2B sales

Ability to pitch value-based solutions

Result-driven & target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of digital marketing / lead generation (preferred)

MS Office / CRM familiarity

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
