Business Development Associate (Sales)
Location
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India (Strictly on-site – Work from Office)
Experience Required
2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development (lead generation experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in target industries through research and networking.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and set up meetings with decision-makers.
Present and explain our services and value propositions to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through fluent communication and regular follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align sales strategies and provide market feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience (lead generation or related industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective client interaction.
- Strong cold calling abilities and confidence in initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Lucknow office (remote work is not available).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Sales or marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales, Salesforce, Certified Sales Professional) – an advantage.
- Additional training or coursework in sales, communication, or negotiation.
- Experience with digital marketing and lead generation platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products or markets relevant to our client base.
